We are each a success when we accomplish a goal that we’ve been working on for a while. When I thought about writing The Mom Who Took Off On Her Motorcycle, I was hoping that my literary agent would sell it to a traditional publishing house. That did not happen but what I’ve learned is that our vision is limited. We don’t always know what is best for us.

Since I decided to self-publish, other doors have opened for me. I will now be leading workshops on the in’s and out’s of self-publishing and creative writing workshops. So that is why I’m celebrating.

The trailer is as much fun as the book! I loved your sons’ responses, so I went on and later and clicked on your daughter talking about you, and how each thing she does with motorcycles she thinks of you and all you’ve taught her. This is a wonderful tribute to you and your family.

    It was wonderful hearing you speak and seeing you in person on your video clip. Loved the mothering tips even though my children have flown the coop. Kids are all the same. 🙂 You have two handsome sons.

    I wrote the blurb for the book–which was harder than writing the actual book. Hope you you enjoy the ride!
